Return/Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; On receipt of your order – please open the box and check the contents against the packing list. Any missing or damaged items must be notified to us within 10 days of delivery.
We will accept any item for return within 10 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The merchandise must be unused, in its original package, and in resalable condition – if you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item or it wasn’t what you expected, a refund can be issued minus the original shipping costs.
- If you request an exchange for an alternative item a credit for the returned item will be applied to the new order (excluding the original shipping cost)
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred in forwarding the alternative item.
If the packaging on any item has been opened, the item has used or damaged in any way we cannot accept the item for return as we would be unable to sell the product as new.
Damaged goods
If your items have been damaged in transit, refuse the package if possible. If you have already accepted the package and then realize that an item has been damaged, please contact us immediately via e-mail at sales@falconpropellers.com.
We will issue a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide you with instructions for handling the return.
Missing or incorrect items
Occasionally we get things wrong, human error results in an order being shipped incorrectly. Fortunately this is rare; however, if this happens, notify us immediately via e-mail at sales@justmodelprops.com. We with work with you to resolve the error to your satisfaction.
Defective items
If you receive a defective item – contact us immediately via e-mail at sales@falconpropellers.com, we will advise what action should be taken on a case by case basis.
In all cases you will be required to provide proof of purchase.
Lost items
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order, please advise us immediately so that we may investigate. All orders have a shipping number – should we be unable to locate the shipment we will provide instructions on how best to resolve the situation.
Shipping Policy
We endeavor to provide you with the most cost effective shipping methods. Our regular shipping rates are calculated using USPS Priority Postal Service. Although shipping costs are calculated on the package weight, dimensions and destination. We only charge a flat rate fee for each shipment as shown on the website.
We DO NOT charge a handling fee.
We aim to provide same day dispatch of all orders (during the working week), however, due to operational constrains this may not always be possible for all orders. We will always do our utmost to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Should you require an Express shipping service – please contact us via e-mail when you place your order and we will liaise with you on the specific arrangements you require.
Please be aware that signature confirmation of delivery is required for all shipments with a value of $100 and above. This is to safeguard you and prevent any potential fraudulent transactions.
International Shipping
We ship within the United States, and most other countries in the World. Customers shipping outside the United States are required to email us prior to ordering for current shipping prices as the shopping cart is not be able to calculate international rates or understand country by Country restrictions.
Please be aware that as an International customer you may be subject to import duties and taxes, these may be levied once a shipment reaches your Country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot provide information or advice on what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
NOTE: ONCE WE SHIP AND PROVIDE YOU WITH A SHIPPING NUMBER YOU BECOME THE OWNER OF THE GOODS AND AGREE THAT WE HAVE FULFILLED OUR OBLIGATIONS FOR THE SHIPMENT.
Special Notes:
We will not ship to any address other than the cardholder’s billing address or a confirmed PayPal Holders address unless this has been pre-authorized by us. We do not ship to Hotels, Motels or temporary residences.
We reserve the right to use the shipper of our choice.

We reserve the right to choose the most effective form of shipping for your package.
